By registering a brand on Modeza, you agree to the following terms. This is a summary for demo/development purposes — have counsel review before commercial use.
You must register using your brand's real, legal name and accurate business details (business/registration number, address, and contact phone). Providing false or misleading business information is grounds for immediate suspension.
You may not register a brand name that belongs to another business, is a trademark you do not own or have rights to use, or that impersonates an existing brand on Modeza or in the wider market — including close misspellings or lookalikes intended to confuse customers.
Modeza rejects registration of a brand name that exactly or near-exactly matches an existing registered brand. If you believe your legitimate brand has been blocked in error, contact support with proof of ownership (trademark registration, business registration, or equivalent) rather than re-registering.
Product photography, descriptions, and copy you upload must be your own or licensed for your use. Copying another seller's catalogue, product photos, or descriptions — on Modeza or from elsewhere — is prohibited.
Do not list counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized goods bearing another brand's name, logo, or trademark. This applies even if the underlying product is genuine but the listing misrepresents its brand origin.
Modeza's tenant isolation means one seller's product data is never exposed to another seller through the platform — a duplicate or copied catalogue can only originate from someone reproducing it outside the platform, which this clause covers.
Violations may result in a brand being marked CHANGES_REQUESTED, REJECTED, or SUSPENDED, at admin discretion, without prior notice for severe cases (confirmed impersonation or counterfeit goods).
All brand approvals, status changes, and moderation actions are recorded in Modeza's audit log.
Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent removal from the platform and forfeiture of pending payouts related to the violation, to the extent permitted by law.
Commission is calculated on your gross sales per the rate shown in your vendor dashboard, which may be adjusted by platform administrators.
You are responsible for fulfilling orders accurately and within the timelines Modeza's order workflow expects (confirm → process → ready for pickup).
Returns must be honored per your stated return window and Modeza's return/refund workflow.
